Used everyday as our house drip, Honduras is the foundation our of Sitti’s Blend and truly our ride or die. This roast offers a bold but incredibly smooth and flavorful cup of coffee. It has been with us from the beginning and will be with us until the end.
Though it is the favorite of any drip coffee we’ve served, it certainly is not limited to one modality! We love it as espresso, French press, pour-over, and others only limited by your imagination. Tasting notes include nutmeg, cinnamon, & cedar.
